Word of Mouth Marketing & Measurement

The Word of Mouth Marketing Association is hosting a conference in Chicago on July 13, coinciding with Ad:Tech. WOMMA has been paving the way for more structured thinking on strategy and tactics in this arena. The July conference will focus on perhaps the most important dimension to this burgeoning marketing approach: measurement, metrics and standards. I would highly recommend anyone interested in word of mouth marketing, buzz events, viral campaigns and referral programs to attend this conference. If it's anything like the WOMMA Summit last March, it promises to be very worthwhile.

WOMMA has provided a special offer code for Splintered Channels readers. Visit the WOMMA Measurement Conference website, and enter Blogsareawesome as the discount code in the registration form. Make sure the "B" is capitalized. This discount box only appears after you have filled out the entire registration form. After you submit the code, 50$ will be subtracted from your event fees total.
